The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached.

Products bought on sale, clearance, or special discount are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

🚚 During Delivery

Please check your product in front of the delivery agent.
If you find any issue such as wrong item, color mismatch, or defect, you can immediately request a replacement or return.
Once the delivery is completed, claims made afterward may not be accepted without proper review.

Exchanged items will be shipped within 3–5 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via your original payment method or mobile banking.

Transaction and processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted.

Refunds are not available for damaged, used, or altered items.
